Felt – Tårup is a multichannel sound installation and composition based on recordings from the surrounding landscape of Kunstrum Fyn. The work was part of Botanikk – Under a Dark Sky at Kunstrum Fyn.
The work is based on the hidden acoustic environment of the area, revealing subtle sounds from plant life, insects, soil, and the inside of trees. The spatial arrangement of the speakers creates a dynamic listening experience, where shifting layers of small movements unfold over time.
By making these sounds perceptible, the works offer insight into natural systems that are constantly evolving but often remain unnoticed.
